Love in one's wake, by Masha H.

What does one do with retirement?
Harrumph, answers Achilles. One dives into unexplored territory and surfaces with an overflowing armful of impossibles, scattering love in one's wake.

And how does one respond to one's doubters?
Harrumph, answers Achilles again. Just stare them down with the baldest eye, throw some love their direction as well, and then toss your head to the moon and dance.

It is a privilege and a joy to be in your orbit, Mr. Ted, to watch you from afar and to sometimes stand ever so briefly in your shadow. May you have the happiest of birthdays, and many more. With love and admiration, Masha
